Sometimes i walk on the street or sitting somewhere and than you get that look of people like i'm some sort of a creep, or you see that thay are scared of me...
Why? Do i look that creepy?
I'm a very kind person and i hate violence or hurting people, so please don't judge before you know me!

What about first impressions?

First impressions are most of the time wrong when knowing the person better!
So learn to know somebody before you judge him/her!!!

I meet so many people on dA that I don't have the time to know every person to properly judge them.

Then you can do two things:

1. Take time to know them or don't judge them.
2. Do not meet so many people at once. Spread it out over a longer period.

Hang on. Before I continue, you mean "Don't judge me unless you know me", right?

Also. It goes for anybody doesn't it?

It could.

I'm saying that physical appearance and immediately talking to someone creates an imprint on that person. That "imprint" is what that person thinks of when talking, or seeing that person.

Sorta how like a Muslim dressed in a stereotypical robe will be watched carefully at an airport in case he's a terrorist.

Indeed, and it can be such a wrong imprint, so we come back to: don't judge me before you know me!

I totally agree with this.
I have something called apraxia and some people thought i was mentally retarded. I was even held back when I was in Chicago because the school system thought I had down syndrome, and they didn't try to help at all. Only a few people who know me well agree that i have neither of them.
